Caroline Jahre Viksand
PeopleCaroline Jahre Viksand primarily works with commercial law, particularly relating to company law, shipping and commercial contracts.
She has extensive experience with the drafting of comprehensive commercial agreements, both in Norwegian and English, and with handling of major transactions.
Before joining Tenden, she previously worked in Nordic Defence Club (Nordisk Skibsrederforening).
She has written the thesis "Transport and sale of gas in the UK gas grid – an outline of the network organization", published in MarIus no. 347 (Oslo 2006), and is editor of the comments on the Norwegian International Ship Register Act (Norsk Lovkommentar, Gyldendal Rettsdata).
Jahre Viksand heads Tendens' commercial contracts team and is a member of the firm's shipping team and the corporate law and transactions team.
