Our fee is calculated primarily based on time spent and in accordance with an individual agreement at the commencement of the assignment.
When setting the hourly rate, and in the calculation of the fee we take into account the nature and complexity of the assignment, the values the assignment concerns, the results obtained, any special deadlines applicable to the assignment, as well as the involved lawyers' experience and expertise. This is in line with the guidelines for fixation of fees set by the Norwegian Bar Association.
When assuming an assignment, we issue a confirmation of assignment-letter, setting out the scope of the assignment, the responsible lawyer and the applicable hourly rate.
