Lasse Jensen
PeopleLasse Jensen mainly works with tax law and company law. A major part of his practice involves restructurings and tax issues arising from succession of family businesses, as well as tax related aspects of real estate and real estate projects.
He also frequently advises clients in connection with tax audits and disputes with the tax authorities.
Beyond tax related matters, Jensen also has experience working on private investigations, both on behalf of companies and public bodies.
Jensen has over a number of years also assisted start-ups and founders with various legal issues, including agreements, tax advice and structuring, for instance through the technology incubator Silicia in the Research Park in Vestfold.
Jensen is currently the head of the Board Network in Vestfold on behalf of the Norwegian Bar Association's Vestfold branch, and assist a number of companies with board work.
Before joining Tenden, Jensen worked 14 years in the law firm Deloitte. He also has a background from the Tønsberg Tax Office and the Ministry of Local Government.
