Hanne Skråmm Espeland
PeopleHanne Skråmm Espeland assists with planning of inheritance, distribution of inheritance and agreements concerning private economic affairs in family relations.
This includes drafting marital agreements, agreements between unmarried couples living together, wills and powers of attorney for future arrangements ("fremtidsfullmakt"). She administers estates and joint assets estates at Vestfold District Court. Espeland regularly lectures on inheritance law, focusing on good planning and tailored solutions.
She also works with other case types, including real estate, particularly cases concerning defects and leaseholds, as well as dispute resolution and litigation in these and other areas of law.
Espeland is the head of the firm's family and inheritance law team. She is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's Committee for Family and Inheritance Law.
Espeland has previously worked as an assistant judge at Sandefjord District Court and as an associate at the law firm Arntzen de Besche in Oslo. She also has experience from public administration.
