Audun Samnøen

Audun Samnøen primarily provides advice related to businesses in financial difficulties, bankruptcy, monetary claims, and board liability. He is the head of Tenden’s specialist group for restructuring and bankruptcy.

Within these areas, Samnøen assists with, among other things, planning, negotiation, investigation, and dispute resolution. In addition, Samnøen undertakes assignments as counsel in legal disputes and as trustee in bankruptcy estates.

Samnøen has extensive experience as a lawyer. Before joining Tenden, Samnøen worked for three years as a deputy judge at Sandefjord District Court and for two years as an associate at the law firm BAHR. More recently, he has also gained experience from the prosecuting authority, serving as acting public prosecutor.
