Martin Øksenholt

Throughout his career, Martin has held key roles in both the private and public sectors, including as Director and Senior Lawyer at Deloitte Advokatfirma, and as Senior Tax Lawyer at the Norwegian Tax Administration. This background provides him with unique insight into both the authorities’ perspectives and clients’ needs.

He has extensive experience in dialogue with tax authorities, and has assisted in complex tax audits, book inspections and disputes. In addition, he has specialised in property tax, representing both companies and private individuals nationwide in appeals and legal proceedings—with proven results in both District Court and Court of Appeal.
