Caroline Waller

She has extensive experience with property development, both housing projects and commercial buildings, property transactions and structuring of real estate, including sectioning and subdivisions of property. She furthermore works with various rights in real estate.

Waller also has experience from large projects within the renewables sectors, both wind and water projects, where she has assisted with drafting and negotiating agreements with landowners, expropriation and contact with the authorities, as well as assisting with regulation and public permits and concessions.
