Silvelin Bratholm
PeopleSilvelin Bratholm mainly works with employment law, dispute resolution/litigation, private investigations, insolvency and bankruptcy.
Before joining Tenden, Bratholm worked as legal investigator/analyst for the Supreme Court of Norway, where she investigated and analysed legal issues assisting the Supreme Court of Norway in their preparations in Supreme Court cases. Through this work, she amassed a special insight into court proceedings, including effective legal rhetoric. As investigator/analyst she worked with cases within most legal areas, which has given her the ability to see the common features within different legal areas.
Bratholm previously also worked as assistant judge in Asker and Bærum District Court and as an associate in the law firm Hjort DA in Oslo.
